This festival is meticulously crafted with the primary goal of cultivating awareness and motivating individuals to incorporate a wholesome food system into their daily lives. The festival takes place within the context of a Remarkable Natural Gift – the potential for a 120-year Lifespan. Nevertheless, the stark reality is that a significant 80% of individuals fall short of reaching their 100th year, succumbing to the consequences of unhealthy eating patterns that give rise to lifestyle-related diseases.

 

At the core of this festival lies a deliberate choice, symbolizing the harmonization of the six balanced tastes, blending flavors in a manner that not only delights the palate but also nurtures the Body, Mind and Soul.

 

By reintroducing these ancient cooking recipes, the festival aims to demonstrate the inherent equilibrium and richness of flavors that can be attained without compromising on health, offering over 200+ Diverse Food Varieties.

 

The recent pandemic era has ignited our quest for disciplined living habits, and our age-old concept of “Food as medicine” has proven to prevent diseases, enhance immunity, and enable individuals to live their entire lifespan free from illness. Our mission is to impart this awareness to the public and rekindle our traditional food practices.

 

The hallmark of this food festival lies in its commitment to serving 100% Pure Vegetarian Cuisine, prepared using our Traditional Rice varieties, Millets, and Herbs. The food is crafted without the use of masalas, chili, tamarind, artificial additives, dairy products, or excessive oils, to ensure optimal health. Within the festival, emphasis is placed on the significance of maintaining a balance among the six tastes, known as "Aru Suvaikal".
